Warranty Coverage
QuikeWork provides a limited warranty on the parts and services provided for mobile devices. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship related to the specific repair conducted by QuikeWork.
Warranty Period
The warranty period varies based on the type of repair and the specific parts used. The duration of the warranty will be communicated to the customer during the service booking process. Typically, our warranty periods range from 30 days to 180 days.
Covered Issues
The warranty covers issues directly related to the repair conducted by QuikeWork. This includes malfunctions or failures of the replaced parts and any issues arising from the repair process itself.
Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover the following: Screen lines, blue dots, or black dots that may occur due to pre-existing screen damage or manufacturing defects. Color smudges or anomalies caused by factors unrelated to the repair performed by QuikeWork. Damage resulting from a subsequent fall, impact, or mishandling after the repair. Black screens or display issues unrelated to the specific repair conducted. (Only Touch warranty gives in screen like touch not working, touch misbehaving frizzed and more.) Damage caused by water or other liquids. Any issues arising from unauthorized modifications or tampering with the repaired device.
Voiding of Warranty
The warranty will be void if: The device undergoes repairs or modifications by a third party not authorized by QuikeWork. The device shows signs of physical damage, including but not limited to, cracks, dents, or scratches. The device is subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidental damage after the repair.
Warranty Claim Process
if you experience issues covered by the warranty, please follow these steps:
(a) Contact QuikeWork Customer Support: Notify our customer support team about the issue you are facing.
(b) Verification: QuikeWork will assess the reported issue and verify whether it falls within the scope of the warranty.
(c)Warranty Repair or Replacement: If the issue is covered by the warranty, QuikeWork will either repair or replace the affected parts at no additional cost.
Limitation of Liability
QuikeWork's liability is limited to the cost of the original repair service provided. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services
Repair Process
Upon agreement to proceed with the repair, QuikeWork will conduct the necessary repairs at the customer's location. The customer or an authorized representative must be present during the repair process.
CancellationPolicy
Customers may cancel a service request at any time before the repair process begins. If the technician has already started the repair, a cancellation fee 299/-Rs may apply.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided in accordance with our warranty terms. If the repaired device experiences the same issue covered by the warranty within the specified period, QuikeWork will reevaluate and, if necessary, re-repair the device at no additional cost.

Privacy and Data Security
QuikeWork respects customer privacy and follows strict data security measures. We will not access or use customer data for any purpose other than the repair service.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Consumer Right's. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Consumer Court. By availing of QuikeWork Doorstep Mobile Repair Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time, and the latest version will be available on our website.
