Service Agreement
All repair services are subject to device condition and technical inspection. Final repair cost may vary depending on the actual issue found during diagnosis.
Repair Warranty
Warranty is applicable only on selected repairs (like screen or battery). Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or mishandling after repair.
Device Responsibility
Customers are requested to take backup of their data before repair. Quikework is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.
Service Time
Repair time may vary depending on the issue and availability of parts. Some complex repairs may take additional time.

Refund & Cancellation Policy -
Cancellation Policy
Service can be cancelled before technician dispatch or visit. Once the technician is assigned or reaches your location, cancellation charges may apply.
Refund Policy
No refund will be provided after successful repair completion. If repair is not completed due to technical reasons, refund (if applicable) will be processed.
Advance Payment
Any advance payment made for parts or booking may be non-refundable in certain cases.
Replacement Parts
Once parts are installed, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
