Authorization
QuikeWork is a private mobile repair service center and it is not authorized or affiliated with any mobile device manufacturer. We operate independently to provide convenient a nd reliable repairs using genuine parts.
Service Request and Booking
Customers can request our services through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer support. By requesting our services, you agree to provide accurate information about the device and the issues it is facing.
Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic fee may apply if you choose not to proceed with the repair after our technicians have assessed the device. This fee covers the time and effort invested in diagnosing the issues.
Genuine Parts
QuikeWork uses genuine parts for all repairs. However, please note that the use of genuine parts does not imply an official endorsement or authorization from the device manufacturer.
Pricing and Payment
The pricing for our services is transparent and will be communicated to you before the repair process begins. Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept various payment methods, and details will be provided during the booking process.
Warranty
QuikeWork provides a limited warranty on the repairs conducted. The warranty period and terms will be specified based on the nature of the repair. The warranty covers the specific parts and services provided but does not extend to any other issues that may arise after the repair.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting the device for repair. QuikeWork is not liable for any loss of data during the repair process.
Repair Process
Upon agreement to proceed with the repair, QuikeWork will conduct the necessary repairs at the customer's location. The customer or an authorized representative must be present during the repair process.
CancellationPolicy
Customers may cancel a service request at any time before the repair process begins. If the technician has already started the repair, a cancellation fee 299/-Rs may apply.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided in accordance with our warranty terms. If the repaired device experiences the same issue covered by the warranty within the specified period, QuikeWork will reevaluate and, if necessary, re-repair the device at no additional cost.

Limitation of Liability
QuikeWork is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
